[[ Activities in Speech Solutions to Prevent Global Warming ]]

As you have already known, Asahi Kasei Group is trying various measures
to prevent Global Warming as one of our contribution activities to society.

We expect that we can work harder for this activity by involving more people
to save more energy and resources in Speech Solutions as well.
We would like your understanding and cooperation from August 1st to accomplish
these following activities.
We would like to report the result monthly on a bulletin from now on.

ACTIVITIES
1. Saving electricity
<Lights and Air-conditioning >
- Turn off the lights of meeting rooms, refresh corners, and labs when not occupied
- Turn off the lights of areas where no one is there before, after working hours and lunch time
- Work efficiently for less over-time and weekend working
- Pull down the shades for more efficient air-conditioning

<Outlets>
- Turn off PCs and monitors when leaving the office
*It will be needed to be registered for 24 hours running soon

<Consumables and Use of Eco products>
- Save consumables when using in the office
- Choose authorized Eco products when purchasing fr office-use
- Bring your own cup for saving paper cups
